Winemakers Comments |
Each year, the wine maker selects the very best wines for the Icon Series. The 2005 Icon Shiraz wine was made from the best fruit selected from the Alambama vineyard in the Gundagai Region and the Billnugel vineyard in the Tumbarumba Region. Gundagai is garnering a significant reputation for its opulent shiraz while cooler Tumbarumba provides savoury notes and a perfectly balancing elegance. The result is a full bodied intense shiraz. |
